So I got a pair of flowlights for Christmas and it only took 7 months to get some pictures together lol.
So yea, these aren't glowsticks or cheap LED sticks, they're actually some really high quality LED poi. They weigh considerably more than what I'm used to swinging and these are the lightest versions.
The actual line, flowtoys, are a lot bigger and heavier, but the flowlights were advertised for glowstringers (thats me!) due to weight and size.
However, that was a bit of a misleading statement because they do come with some drawbacks that aren't normally an issue when i use chems. The aforementioned weight is the biggest issue, but since its pretty much mandatory to use the protective crystal cases (unless i feel like breaking my flowlights :< ) they have sort of a rubbery feel to them. This means that they catch on clothes and skin(!) if i wrap too fast. The size also affects manips, but since I'm not to heavily into manips, that didn't affect me as much.
The picture's I took were sort of a spur of the moment idea. If you look closely in a few pictures you can see that I'm wearing my glasses and I'm dressed in PJ's lol. I also apparently decided that around 4am would be a good time for a photoshoot.
Anywais, I hope you guys enjoy the set~
